My vinyasa flow yoga class brings together flow yoga and energizing breathing to generate and sustain energy, clarity and radiance. Sequences are designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness in a heat-generating 75 minute session.
While the pace of this class is vigorous, I offer various posture modifications to ensure all students practice safe alignment and leave feeling successful in class.
