I work with students one-on-one or in small group settings to create bespoke sequences and curricula that are designed to support students in their unique and individual yoga and mobility goals. For some students, this means strengthening and finding creative ways to push your boundaries; for others, we may take a slow and steady therapeutic approach to learning healthy breathing exercises and proper alignment. I also work on an individual basis with new yoga teachers or yoga teacher training students who are looking for extra guidance with teaching techniques and finding their authentic teaching voices.
